The NWIBA does not receive any financial support from the government. Did you know that even through we are a non-profit agency, we still are required
to pay for services such as vet care. Did you know that non-profits pay taxes for the some of the supplies they utilize.
Sponsor at pet is a great program that allows you to make monthly, tax-deductable, contributions to help caged birds, ferrets, and
reptiles. The money is used directly to help with housing, food/treats/vitamins, toys, veterinarian care, medicine, and other necessities that the
animals in foster care so desperately need.
Each month you donate, you will receive a newsletter (either via email or regular mail) outlining exactly how your contributions are helping
animals in need.
We rescue birds, ferrets, and reptiles, and farm animals from all over the state, including animals from the surrounding states! The NWIBA is considered
a no-kill rescue organization!
